Why should I buy a VIP ticket? What is included in the VIP Ticket Package?

This exclusive ticket allows you an hour early entrance into the festival starting at 5:30pm and provides you with a Riedel wine glass for tasting, VIP swag-bag, a designated VIP lounge + balcony access, private cigar lounge, early entrance to the main event, first dibs on seminars/live demonstrations, Exclusive VIP wine and food, all access to wine, food and retail vendors, beer garden, rosé garden, and live entertainment. 

What is included with the General Admission Ticket?

This ticket provides you with a Riedel wine glass for tasting, access to seminars/live demonstrations, access to wine, food and retail vendors, beer garden, rosé garden, and live entertainment.

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable. All events will take place rain or shine and event details are subject to change (this event does take place indoors, so weather will not be an issue). We recommend reviewing the full event descriptions on our website before purchasing tickets.

Do you offer tickets for those who do not drink alcohol but still want to attend?

Yes! We offer two types of Designated Driver Tickets for those who do not drink but still want to participate in the fun!

Is the Nashville Wine and Food Festival 21+?

Yes, we ask that you please leave your littles at home!

Do I need to bring my ID?

Yes, all Nashville Wine & Food Festival attendees and participants must be 21+ years of age or older. Please bring valid government-issued photo identification, such as a driver’s license or passport, for proof of age. IDs will be required during check in.

What is the bag policy?

Clear bag policy heavily enforced.

Where can I park?

While the event space offers Valet parking (Omni Nashville Hotel - $25 per vehicle), there is also additional public parking lots throughout the downtown area located near the Omni Hotel. Parking is limited in Nashville, especially downtown. We highly recommend carpooling when traveling as a group or utilizing a rideshare provider.

How can I sign up for Seminars?

VIP Ticket holders will be sent seminar information via email to sign up; General Admission Ticket Holders will be able to sign up for Seminars/Live Demonstrations the day of the festival.
